The Chicago VA Regional Office is located 5 miles south west of the Chicago Loop on the corner of Ogden Avenue & Taylor Street. The I-290 expressway intersects Ogden Ave. toward the north & the office is located 3 blocks south of the expressway right off of Damen Avenue.

Public Transportation

The Chicago VA Regional Office is served by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Blue Line rapid transit line (UIC-Halsted; Racine; Illinois Medical District; and Polk Street stops).  Please visit the Chicago Transit Authority - Blue Line Web site:  (http://www.transitchicago.com/blueline/)* or Pink Line Web site: (http://www.transitchicago.com/pinkline/)* for Maps, Alerts and Schedules/Timetables.

CTA bus lines serving the regional office include the #157-Streeterville/Taylor (weekdays only); #50-Damen (weekdays & weekends); and, #12-Roosevelt (weekdays & weekends).  The #7 Harrison St. bus provides service to the CTA Pink Line Polk Street stop where a transfer to the #157 bus is available on weekdays only. 

The #157 bus stop for the regional office is Ogden & Taylor; the #50 bus stop is Damen & Taylor; the #12 bus stop is on Taylor Street between Ogden & Damen.
