Driving Directions

From Virginia

Entering Washington from Virginia via I-395, Henry G. Shirley Memorial Hwy North. Traveling north on I-395 enter the District of Columbia by crossing the 14th Street bridge which will put you on 14th heading north. Travel north on 14th until you reach the intersection of 14th and I Street, turn left onto I Street. Continue on I Street and the cross 17th Street intersection (if you reach 18th St. NW, you’ve gone too far). Look for the Regional Office on the left side of the street at 1722 I Street, NW.

From Maryland

Entering the city from the east, using route 50, New York Ave towards Washington. Follow New York Avenue into the city, bear right onto L Street, NW, and then bear right again onto Massachusetts Ave, NW. At the roundabout, take the fourth (4th) exit onto Vermont Ave., NW. Turn right onto K St. NW (US-29). Then, turn left onto 17th St. NW, and then turn right onto I St. NW. Continue on I street and the cross 17th Street intersection (if you reach 18th St. NW, you’ve gone too far). Look for the Regional Office on the left side of the street at 1722 I Street, NW.
