The public is invited to attend an Open House and Town Hall meeting at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center on June 27. The Open House will start at 10 a.m. with a health and benefits fair on the Medical Center campus. The Open House will include outreach tables, as well as a campus-wide walking tour from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Personnel from the New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), the Santa Fe National Cemetery, the Albuquerque VA Regional Office, New Mexico Department of Veterans' Services, New Mexico Rail Runner Express, and other community partners will be on hand to offer information and answer questions.
The town hall will run from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Education Auditorium (Bldg. 39), offering veterans and their family members an opportunity to discuss VA health care services and benefits. Representatives of the NMVAHCS and the Albuquerque VA Regional Office will take questions from those in attendance.
