The Pittsburgh Regional Office delegates a representative to conduct regularly occurring outreach at local VA Medical Centers in the Pittsburgh area, as described below:
Location: University Drive, Main building, 1st floor (Next to the Patient Advocate, main floor)
When: 1st Wednesday of each month | 8:00am-4:30pm
Target Audience: All Veterans
Location: Aspinwall, (Palliative Care; Building 51 Room 1A117 in the B hall of 1 South)
When: 2nd Wednesday of the month | 8:00am-4:30pm
Target Audience: Hospitalized and Hospice Veterans
Location: Aspinwall, Building 69 (Domiciliary)
When: 4th Wednesday of the month | 8:00am-4:30pm
Target Audience: Homeless Veterans, CWT participants, Domiciliary Residents

Location: Duquesne University
Representatives from the Pittsburgh VA Regional Office will be at New Student Orientation at Duquesne University on Thursday, August 20th to provide information regarding VA services.
Target Audience: Student Veterans
A reporter has followed up with 51 homeless Veterans in St. Louis, who were chosen last summer for free housing for up to one year, to see how they have done.
The Fargo VA Health Care System is teaching Veterans how to cook nutritious food tailored for different needs, such as diabetes or weight loss. The VA Gourmet classes are small with 5-10 participants.
Veterans in Transition, Inc. and the Military Veterans Resource Center spearheaded efforts to relocate a Sherman M4A2 tank to its new home at the Forrest E. Everhart Memorial Golf Course.
