Regularly Occurring Outreach at local VAMCs

The Pittsburgh Regional Office delegates a representative to conduct regularly occurring outreach at local VA Medical Centers in and around the Pittsburgh area, as described below:

Location: University Drive, Main building, 1st floor (Next to the Patient Advocate, main floor)
When: 1st Wednesday of each month | 8:00am-4:30pm
Target Audience: All Veterans

Location: Aspinwall, (Palliative Care; Building 51 Room 1A117 in the B hall of 1 South)
When: 2nd Tuesday of the month | 8:00am-4:30pm
Target Audience: Hospitalized and Hospice Veterans

Location: Aspinwall, Building 69 (Domiciliary)
When: 2nd Tuesday of the month | 8:00am-4:30pm
Target Audience: Homeless Veterans, CWT participants, Domiciliary Residents

Location: Butler VAMC, OEF/OIF Clinic
When: 3rd Friday of the month | 8:00am-4:30pm
Target Audience: All Veterans

Senator Reschenthaler to host Veterans' Benefits Specialist


When: August 10, 2016 | 9:30am-2:30pm
Location: Mt. Lebanon District Office (319 Castle Shannon Blvd;412.571.2169)


When: September 14, 2016 | 9:30am-2:30pm
Location: Moon Township District Office (1009 Beaver Grade Road, Suite 220, Moon; 412.262.2260

Senator Reschenthaler announced that he will host a Veterans' benefits specialist from the Pittsburgh VA Regional Office at both his Mt. Lebanon and Moon Township District Offices to assist constituents with various VA benefits related to their military service.

A representative from the Pittsburgh VA Regional Office will be available from 9:30am-2:30pm on August 10th at Senator Reschenthaler's District Office in Mt. Lebanon and September 14th at the Moon Township District Office. This representative will help Veterans understand the benefits they have earned, assist with VBA benefits questions, dependency, pending appeals, and more. Please bring any documentation that may be needed to assist you. Appointments are not required, but are appreciated for planning purposes.
