Tele-Benefits NOTE: Due to COVID-19, Telebenefits services have been suspended. Tele-Benefits services allow Veterans to have a face-to-face interaction with a Public Contact Outreach Specialist at the St. Louis VA Regional Office remotely through video teleconferencing (VTEL). This service is offered to improve access to VA benefits and services.

Tele-Benefits are offered by appointment on Fridays from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Note: Due to COVID-19, tele-benefits are not currently being offered.  Veterans can call 800-827-1000 for service.

To better serve Veterans in the St. Louis metropolitan area, and those visiting the area for medical treatment, the St. Louis Regional Office has partnered with the Veterans Health Administration to place employees at the two St. Louis VA Medical Centers. Just like the employees at the Regional Office, these employees are available to answer questions about VA benefits, check the status of pending claims and complete eBenefits enrollment. They can also assist Veterans in completing applications for benefits.
