Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA)
Visitors seeking assistance from the Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on VERA. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.You may apply for VA benefits by visiting va.gov. You may also call the VA National Call Center at 1-800-827-1000 with any claim and benefit inquiries. The call center is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Eastern time.
