The Houston Regional Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm (closed 12-12:30 pm).

Veterans who need to schedule an appointment regarding VBA benefits, or to speak to a Regional Office representative, are encouraged to utilize our appointment scheduling system, Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA).

It's our goal to provide the most efficient and effective customer service to our Veterans. By setting an appointment through VERA, we can assure you are provided with the most efficient service.

Veterans may continue to utilize virtual services by visiting va.gov or by contacting the National Call Center at 1-800-827-1000.
