VBA conducts in-person or virtual benefits counseling at the Portland Regional Office.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRCs) are available for in-person and virtual meetings. Veterans should reach their VRCs directly by phone or e-mail, or you can schedule an appointment at VERA - Home.
