Access TSGLI Application Training

Learn how to complete the TSGLI Application for Benefits (SGLV 8600).

Module 1 - TSGLI Application for Benefits (SGLV 8600) - Learn about where to send your claim, basic definitions, the claim filing process and completing your personal information on Part A of the application.

Module 2 - TSGLI Application for Benefits (SGLV 8600) - Learn about guardianship/power of attorney information and providing information about your traumatic injury on Part A of the application.

Module 3 - TSGLI Application for Benefits (SGLV 8600) - Learn about payment options, free financial counseling, supporting documentation, and signing to the truth of the information submitted and the HIPAA release on Part A of the application.

Medical professionals completing Part B of the TSGLI Application for Benefits can watch Part 4 of the course "Completing Part B of the TSGLI Application for Benefits" as a stand alone training.

Module 4 - TSGLI Application for Benefits (SGLV 8600) - Learn about the criteria for payment for each of the losses, exclusions to payment, and how medical professionals should complete and attest to the truth of the information submitted on Part B of the application for losses that meet the program's criteria.
