Situation Update

The Indianapolis VA Regional Office is open for in-person appointments between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. 

Walk-ins accepted. Face masks not required but subject to CDC recommendations. 

Veterans requesting benefits appointments should call 1-800-827-1000 to schedule an appointment.

Chapter 31 participants should contact their Vocational Rehabilitation counselor to schedule an appointment. New applicants to the Chapter 31 program can call 1-800-827-1000 for additional information.

Veterans may also continue to get information about benefits or file a claim for benefits by visiting VA's website.

Veterans with claims specific or other questions may request information via the AskVA or via telephone by dialing 1-800-827-1000.
