Mr. Darryl R. Brady was appointed Executive Director of the Jackson Regional Office in May 2024. Mr. Brady is responsible for administering a full range of VA benefits and services to the approximate 147,000 Veterans and their families residing in the state of Mississippi. Mr. Brady is responsible for providing executive leadership and direction to approximately 270 employees.

Ms. Gail Berry was selected as a Supervisory Veterans Service Representative (VSCM) in the Veterans Service Center (VSC) at the Jackson VA Regional Office on November 2, 2024. She assists the Executive Director in the administration of benefits to over 221,000 Veterans, two out-based locations and works with over 224 fellow employees dedicated to serving Veterans and their families. She has been with the Department of Veterans Affairs since July 1989. She began her career as a Veterans Claims Examiner serving in this capacity until 1993. In May 1993, she became a Supervisory Veterans Claims Examiner (Coach), until becoming the Assistant Veterans Service Center Manager in 2002 and the Veterans Service Center Manager in 2008. She served in this capacity until May 2011, when she was assigned to the Radiation Special Mission as the Assistant Veterans Service Center Manager. She served in this capacity until November 2024, when she was promoted as the VSCM.
Gail graduated from Belhaven College in Jackson, MS in May 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science. She lives in Brandon, Mississippi with her husband an enjoys supporting the Ole Miss Rebels in the Grove on game days. She is married to Gil Berry and they have two daughters: Brandi and Brianna, and one son, Blake Berry.
