Situation Update

The VA Regional Office (VARO) is open to the public Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.  

We understand some may still be uncomfortable with visiting the VARO in person, so we will continue to provide assistance via a dedicated phone line manned by our Public Contact Team, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., to answer general or claim-related questions, to include status updates for pending claims.
