VA’s Muskogee Regional Office (RO) administers a variety of services, including Disability Compensation and Veteran Readiness and Employment Services and Benefits for Veterans, Servicemembers, their families and survivors in Oklahoma’s 77 counties. We also offer the following additional services:

  • Counseling about eligibility for VA benefits and how to apply
  • Information about VA health care and memorial benefits
  • Outreach to Veterans, including to those who are homeless or at risk for homelessness 
  • Public affairs
  • VA’s National Education Call Center

Operating VA’s Only National Education Call Center

The Muskogee RO is VA’s only site for receiving and responding to telephone and electronic inquiries from Veterans, Servicemembers, their families and survivors related to Education benefits.

Processing GI Bill Benefits

The Muskogee RO is VA's largest processing site for GI Bill education benefits, responsible for more than half of all VA Education benefits administered. The other processing center is in Buffalo, New York.
