Visitors seeking assistance from the Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA). Once you schedule your appointment, you'll receive an email confirmation.
Once you click on either the Schedule Virtual Appointment (Phone Call) or Schedule in-Person Appointment You will need to fill out the information and follow the prompts to schedule your appointment for Date and Time. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
NOTE: This is not for VA Medical Appointments. VA Medical Appointments can be made by dialing (801)582-1565. Press Option 2 to schedule an appointment or leave a message for your VA Medical Provider.
Note: CDC Protocols and Mask Mandate are mandatory for in-person consultations.
