The Salt Lake City Regional Office operating under regular business hours with customer service available Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm.

 The Salt Lake City Public Contact Team also offers availability for scheduling appointments through the VERA system:

Visitors seeking to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment can access at: Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA).  Once the appointment is scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent.

Please click on either the Schedule Virtual Appointment (Phone Call) or Schedule in-Person Appointment.  Be sure to complete all prompts to schedule the requested appointment Date and Time. Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent.

NOTE: VERA is not for VA Medical Appointments. VA Medical Appointments can be scheduled by dialing (801)582-1565, and press Option 2 to schedule an appointment or leave a message for the VA Medical Provider.
