Director: Karen Gooden
Karen Gooden was appointed as Director of the Louisville Regional Office on December 9, 2018. Previously she has served as the Director of the Honolulu Regional Office and as the Assistant Director of the Boston, Manchester, and White River Junction VA Regional Offices. Ms. Gooden is a U. S. Army Veteran.
Assistant Director: Michael C. Fairchild
Michael C. Fairchild was appointed to this position in June 2009. Since May 2007, he served as a Veterans Service Center Manager.
Veterans Service Center Manager: Ryan Roufus
Ryan Roufus was promoted to this position in November 2022. Prior to his appointment, he was Fiduciary Hub Manager.
Veteran Readiness & Employment (VR&E) Officer: Tameel Benders
Tameel Benders was promoted to this position in October 2018. Prior to her appointment, she was Assistant Veteran Readiness and Employment Officer at the Louisville RO.
Fiduciary Hub Manager: Dana Ragsdale
Dana Ragsdale was promoted to this position in March 2023. Prior to this appointment, she was Assistant Fiduciary Hub Manager.
Chief, Support Services Division: Richard L. Frymire
Richard L. Frymire was promoted to this position in January 2018. Prior to his appointment he served as a Veterans Service Representative in the Louisville RO.
