The Chicago Regional Office is open for walk-ins and by appointments.
Visitors seeking assistance from our Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule an appointment on VERA, a self-service portal for scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. To schedule, please go to VERA. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.
