When entering an Enrollment, users were unable to change the program to a previously enrolled program.

When entering an Enrollment, users can change the program to any that have been added to the student. A new “card” no longer needs to be created if the student changes back to a previous major.

Users could not easily access the most relevant school information, the student’s enrolled program, and facility(s) at the top of the Programs tab.

Users’ school information will show at the top of the Programs Tab, as well as any program in which the student has been enrolled, to include the term begin dates. Non-associated facilities will be collapsed, but viewable.

Note: There will no longer be “cards” where you have to get the correct card “to the top”.

Users were not able to decline drafts submitted by School Certifying Official (SCO) Assistants.

Users can Decline SCO Assistant Drafts. Instead of deleting and restarting, the draft can be declined (moved back to draft) and updated with the correct information.

Special characters were not allowed in the Notes sections.

Users could not easily update the Student ID for all related facilities the student attended.

For graduate students, Training Time (TT) was displayed on CH33 claims instead of Full Time Equivalent (FTE).

The print version of the 22-1999 displays the correct label based on which chapter is being certified.

There were date and field formatting issues when users viewed Non-college Degree (NCD) amendments in print view.

NCD amendments will now display dates in MM/DD/YYYY format and fields for improved print view readability.

A remark was incorrectly auto-populating when terminating an enrollment with $0 tuition and fees.

Users can terminate an enrollment with $0 tuition and fees without the system generating an automated tuition change remark.

The checkbox on the program card was labeled “STEM” in Enrollment Manager, causing confusion.

The checkbox on the program card is now labeled “STEM Scholarship Student” to clarify that this checkbox should only be used for those receiving the scholarship, not all Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) students.

When adding a guest student to the School and Program section of Enrollment Manager, the label displayed as “Parent Facility”

The label now displays as “Parent Facility Name” when adding a guest student.

Users were unable to return to “SCO Access Manager” and other applications without logging out.

Users can navigate back to “SCO Access Manager” and other applications by selecting the “Return to Landing Page” link displayed under Log Out when selecting user profile.

Users were incorrectly receiving the error message “Cannot have two objectives in the same enrollment period."

The edit that was triggering this error has been removed and users should be able to certify as needed.

When Graduation, End of Term, or Course is selected, the end date of term and Amendment Reason now populate correctly.

When users search for a student with a filter applied and viewed a student’s profile, that same search filter would clear when navigating back to the main search page.

Users had the capability to submit enrollments at main and extension campuses concurrently with different objectives and programs.

Enrollment term dates were not listed in chronological order (order of oldest to most recent by begin dates) on the 22-1999 print pdfs when different enrollments were submitted on the same day for a claimant.

The Amend Option was visible/selectable and editable in View Details of an enrollment for a school that was not assigned to a SCO. This option should not have been available for the unassigned SCO.

View Details were updated to be Read Only. User interface changes were made for the option to amend an enrollment to be removed from the View Details page.

The “Add Multiple Enrollments” button should not appear for Flight or OJT/APP, since it is not applicable. It was appearing when the student was previously in an IHL or NCD school.

When users changed the program for a CH31 student, the VR&E counselor email address deleted, and had to be re-entered.

When Training Type was 'NCD', the View Details page would show Unknown or Unsupported Objective.

Some of the standard VA Remarks needed additional information which had to be entered into an additional free text remark.

GI Bill Chatbot, Billie provided Remark specific responses for Remarks that are not found in Enrollment Manager.

Students’ birth dates appeared as the default date of 01/01/1900.

The actual birth dates for approximately half of the students with a 01/01/1900 have been corrected to their actual birth date. Additional work is ongoing to populate additional student date of birth information.

When users would enter a new enrollment under one benefit and switch to another benefit, they were not able to amend the initial enrollment using the old benefit and submit other enrollments with the new benefit and would receive an error.

When entering a CH35 benefit for the student the user must now also include the qualifying Veteran's first name and last name (suffix is an optional field). Note: The user is not required to add the qualifying Veteran’s name to any students already added as a CH35 beneficiary.

Users will now have a confirmation field for the social security number to ensure that the number was entered correctly. The second SSN field is validated against the first entry when creating and adding new students.

The term "Current Benefit" on the Benefits tab of Enrollment Manager has been updated to “Last Benefit Paid.

When a user exported a student list on the “Search My Student” page to a CSV file, the file included all the schools the students have been certified by, not just the current school, making the list ineffective for the compliance surveys.

Users could edit students' contact information fields for students that already exist on file.

When a student’s current or pending benefit was CH35, there was no option to select CH35 on the "update benefit type" dropdown, causing delays in enrollments.

When submitting guest student enrollments and the parent and guest campuses had the same name, the submit button was disabled and a "Valid Parent Facility is required" error was displayed, causing delays in enrollment submission.

This release implemented a timeout warning in Enrollment Manager. Users will now receive an inactivity warning message two minutes prior to their session expiring in Enrollment Manager. This warning message gives users the option to “stay logged in” and extend their session before being logged out.
