May, 2024, Education Service (EDU) announced the official release of the School Certifying Official (SCO) Resource Matrix. The SCO Resource Matrix is an all-in-one resource for you and other GI Bill® partners to assist in finding and accessing Veterans Affairs (VA) education resources that are pertinent to your job, as well as providing direct points of contact for when you have questions about a topic.

What is included:

  • Easy access to the SCO Handbook and Training Portal.
  • Links to frequently accessed tools, such as Yellow Ribbon Tool, WEAMS (Web Enabled Approvals Management System) and the GI Bill Comparison Tool.
  • Access to Veterans Readiness and Employment (VR&E) Chapter 31 resources.
  • Much more!

Education File Upload Portal

The purpose of the Education File Upload Portal is to eliminate email correspondence and allow for secure transmission of documents to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). ​

To ensure documents are routed appropriately, select the correct radio button for the document(s) you wish to upload.  Incorrect selections may delay the processing of the document or deem it invalid.
