We're excited to share training materials covering the lender Program Participant Management (PPM) System.
On September 9, 2024, we published Circular 26-24-18 to notify lenders of the introduction of the new PPM System. The lender PPM System is a self-service tool that enables lenders to manage their profile information, complete annual renewal requirements, submit requests such as applications for automatic authority, underwriter nominations, agent recognition requests and remit related fees.
Starting Dec. 2, 2024, lenders are expected to complete actions specified in section 3.c of Circular 26-24-18 and remit any required fees through the PPM System on LGY Hub.
To support the transition, we delivered a two-part series on PPM Basics and PPM Tasks.
