During this time, you will be unable to make:

⇒ Beneficiary updates

All Veterans, Policyholders and Beneficiaries:

During this time, you will be unable to use the following services:

⇒ Document upload
⇒ Apply online for VALife

Once the upgrade is complete, You may continue to experience delays in service beyond what you have come to expect from VA Insurance.
