Virtual Veterans Claims Clinic (Appointment Only)
Date & Time: Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The Virtual Veterans Claims Clinic will be staffed by Isakson VA Atlanta Regional Office employees from Compensation who are ready to virtually assist Veterans one-on-one with specific questions regarding their claims.
The Virtual Veterans Claims Clinic is available by appointment only.
To schedule a virtual appointment, please dial 404-929-3100 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., beginning March 10, 2025.
NOTE: Please upload any documents for your appointment to www.va.gov no later than Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
Submitting Documents Related to VA Benefits
Please upload documents related to your VA benefits at www.va.gov, access your VA benefits account for self-service and submit a claim online, check the status of your claim, download VA letters, ask a question through the online inquiry system, and access other self-service features. The Isakson VA Atlanta Regional Office is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST (excluding federal holidays).
Some services are available on a walk-in basis, but we encourage you to use our self-service portal to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment.
Visit Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA) to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.

Are you an Alaska Native Vietnam-era Veteran?
You may be entitled to a Native allotment selection, if you are an Alaska Native Vietnam Veteran who served between 1964 and 1971, AND have not received a Native allotment, OR are an heir to someone who meets the above criteria. For more information, visit the Bureau of Land Management website.
