Open to the public Monday-Friday, 8:30 am–4:00 pm

Billings location:
Open to the public Monday-Friday, 9:00 am–4:00 pm closed from noon to 1:00 pm for lunch

Missoula location:
Open to the public Monday and Wednesday 9:00 am- 2:00 pm

Visitors seeking assistance from the Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA).
