Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA)
We're open for in-person or virtual services, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Visitors seeking assistance from the our Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on VERA. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.

Veteran Resource Fair at Living Treasures
Date and Time: Saturday, June 15, 2024 | 11:00am - 2:00pm
Location: Living Treasures Wild Animal Park | 268 Fox Road | New Castle, PA 16101
Event: Veterans and their families are invited to join VA staff at Living Treasures to learn more about Veteran benefits and enjoy a day of family fun. Free admission for Veterans and discounted admission for their families (children under 2 are free). Free feed cups (1 per Veteran) are available on a first come, first serve basis. A benefits counselor from the Pittsburgh VBA Regional Office will be available to offer on-the-spot assistance with individual questions and provide resource information.

Event: Veterans of all service eras and their families are invited. Facility tours will be offered and there will be activities for the whole family. Learn about VA programs and services such as the PACT Act, toxic exposure, enrollment and eligibility, health and wellness programs, women Veterans health, Veteran Benefits Administration (VBA), Veteran Service Organizations/community partners, enjoy a mini car show, refreshments, and listen to the sounds of 97.7 the Rock Station.
