Training for the new AMS product VeroScore is now Available:

Veros AMS Training for SARs | Veros AMS Training for SARs Script

This video will provide SARs with detailed training on the use of the new Veros Appraisal Management Service to include the VeroSCORE Report that will be used as part of the appraisal review process and issuance of the Notice of Value that became effective April 22, 2020.

Please download the certificate of attendance at the end of the recorded video and email a copy to SAR Support (SARSUPPORT.vbaco@va.gov) with your Name and SAR ID to receive credit for completing the training.

The new Lender Appraisal Processing Program (LAPP) SAR online training is now available.

The new LAPP SAR training is now live replacing the SAR Training and Performance Support Systems (TPSS) online training. The newly updated training is currently available for SARs with preliminary approval to complete and obtain final approval. The training course is also available for SARs who wish to take the training as a refresher without the final exam. The final exam has case assessments which will fulfill the test case requirement.

Please follow the steps below to enter the training course:

  1. Log into LGYHub.
  2. Click on the LAPP SAR Training link on the left side of the page.
  3. Register for the training by clicking on New User Account.
  4. Enter your contact information including email address, First/Middle/Last name, Location and SAR ID. Note: The SAR ID is six digits.
  5. Click the box to certify you are an approved SAR.
  6. Click Next.
  7. On the next screen you will be asked to log in by entering your email address and SAR ID.

The LSAM training is no longer a requirement.
