VHB PPM 1.1.0 release created an automatic annual validation process of program participants in SAM.gov, automatic deactivation of lender accounts that fail to complete the annual renewal / validation process, and internal user review of active PPM users. This release also allowed VARM users to update the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) data points in the “Company Information” tab. Additionally, updates were made to as well as the payment bypass and second approval assigning supervisors within Regional Loan Centers (RLCs). Lastly, there were updates to the agent name and tax identification display proper renewal dates for agents created within the last 90 days.
LGY 25.4.0 release ensured using a Social Security Number (SSN) for Veteran or Surviving Spouse in the Search/Automated Certificate of Eligibility only provides the associated eligibility record.
VHB PPM 1.0.5 release ensured VA Relationship Manager (VARM) applications are not duplicated for in process applications with the same Social Security Number (SSN) and that VARMs are able to submit renewal applications.
