From Annapolis

Take I-97 North.
Merge onto I-695 W /BALTIMORE BELTWAY INNER LOOP via EXIT 17A toward BALTIMORE / TOWSON.
Merge onto MD-295 N via EXIT 7B toward BALTIMORE.
Make a right onto Pratt Street.
Follow Pratt Street to Hanover Street. Make a left onto Hanover Street.
Follow Hanover Street one block to Lombard Street. [It dead-ends at Lombard Street].
Cross Lombard Street and enter "Down Under" parking garage. The Baltimore VA Regional Office is located directly above the Down Under Parking Garage in the G H Fallon Federal Building.
If the "Down Under" parking is full, turn left on Lombard Street and continue West past Hopkins Place. You will pass public parking lots in order: Days Inn on the left, First Mariner Arena on the right.

From Carroll County

Start on I-140 East towards Baltimore.
Merge onto I-795 South.
Merge onto I-695 South/Baltimore Beltway Outer Loop via Exit 1B towards Glen Burnie.
Merge onto I-95 N via Exit 11A towards Baltimore.
Merge onto I-395 N via Exit 53 "I-395 Downtown Baltimore." Stay to the left as you exit (Do not take ML King Blvd). You will pass Oriole Park on your left.
Make a right onto Pratt Street.
Follow Pratt Street to Hanover Street. Make a left onto Hanover Street.
Follow Hanover Street one block to Lombard Street. [It dead-ends at Lombard Street].

From I-70 East

Take the I-695 exit (Exit 91 B-A) toward I-95 N/ New York / Towson / Baltimore.
Merge onto I-695 S / Baltimore Beltway Outer Loop via exit 91A.
Merge onto I-95 N via Exit 11 A/ 11 B toward Baltimore.
Take Exit 53, "I-395 Downtown Baltimore." Stay to the left as you exit (Do not take ML King Blvd). You will pass Oriole Park on your left.
Make a right onto Pratt Street.

Take I-95 South through the Fort McHenry tunnel.
Take Exit 53, "I-395 N Downtown Baltimore." Stay to the left as you exit (Do not take ML King Blvd). You will pass Oriole Park on your left.
Make a right onto Pratt Street.
Follow Pratt Street to Hanover Street. Make a left onto Hanover Street.
Follow Hanover Street one block to Lombard Street. [It dead-ends at Lombard Street].

Take I-83 South to the Fayette Street exit.
Turn Right onto Fayette Street.
Turn Left on St. Paul Street.
Turn Right on Lombard Street and go to the second light at Lombard and Hanover.
Turn Right and enter "Down Under" parking garage. The Baltimore VA Regional Office is located directly above the Down Under Parking Garage in the G H Fallon Federal Building.
If the "Down Under" parking is full, turn left on Lombard Street and continue West past Hopkins Place. The First Mariner Arena public lot is on the right. Turn right on Howard Street to enter garage.

From Washington D.C.

Take New York Avenue to the Baltimore/Washington Parkway (Rt 295). [From the Capitol Hill area it may be easier to take East Capitol Street to Rt. 295].
Take Rt. 295 to Baltimore. Follow Rt. 295 until it becomes Russell Street. It will then turn into Paca Street. [You will pass Oriole Park at Camden Yards on your right].
[If you take I-95 North, take Exit 53, "I-395 Downtown Baltimore." Stay to the left as you exit (Do not take ML King Blvd). You will pass Oriole Park on your left].
Make a right onto Pratt Street.
Follow Pratt Street to Hanover Street. Make a left onto Hanover Street.
Follow Hanover Street one block to Lombard Street. [It dead-ends at Lombard Street].
