We're open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, except on Federal Holidays. Veterans may call the number listed below to schedule a telephone interview or request an in-person appointment. Walk-ins are welcome.

The Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA) is a self-service portal available for visitors to the Regional Office to schedule appointments.
  • Visitors can schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
  • Options exist for a visitor to schedule either in-person or virtual appointment.
