Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA)
Visitors seeking assistance from the Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on VERA.
You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.
You may also request an in-person interview, a virtual interview, or a telephone interview by calling us directly at (615) 695-6122, and providing your:
- Name
- Contact information
- Best time of day for contact
Additionally, you may also apply for benefits online through va.gov, send inquiries regarding claims by calling the VA National Contact Center at 1-800-827-1000.
Documents related to your VA claim can be mailed to: U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Claims Intake Center, PO Box 4444, Janesville, WI 53547-4444.
For Veteran Readiness and Employment participants, you can request an in-person appointment, or “Virtual Face-to-Face” appointment, by contacting your Veteran Readiness Counselor directly, by calling us at (615) 695-6372, or by sending an email to CER.VBANAS@va.gov, and providing your:
- Name
- Contact information
- Best time of day for contact between 7:30am and 4:00pm
