Operating hours are from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm., excluding federal holidays. Note: Public contact opens at 8:30 am. 

We're currently open for claims assistance, scheduled appointments, counseling and other in-person services.

Visitors seeking assistance from the Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application.
