Visitors seeking assistance from the Public Contact Team at the Seattle Regional Office are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA).
VERA is a self-service portal that allows visitors to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. If you would like to set up a future meeting with a Benefits Counselor, click the following link to VERA to set up an appointment. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
Our Public Contact office is accepting walk-in appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to help Veterans and family members. The Public Contact office is located on the 1st floor of the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building (1st Ave and Marion St).
