Virtual Appointment Services Now Available!

Visitors seeking assistance from the St. Paul Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA). You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.


Our Regional Office also has Outreach Specialists who are here to serve as a direct point of contact for you! They are a valuable resource who can…

  • Help you find out which benefits you qualify for,
  • Assist you with applying for those benefits, and
  • Refer you to other organizations and resources as needed.

Our Outreach Specialists are also available to partner with other agencies to provide information on Veterans’ benefits, programs and/or resources.

You may use the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application or directly contact one of our local Outreach Specialists for additional information or to set up a virtual appointment.

Military Apprecation Day - Twin Cities Auto Show

Event: Military Appreciation Night is back for its 8th consecutive year at the Twin Cities Auto Show - The Twin Cities Auto Show is open 4pm-9pm on Military Appreciation Night! There will be military-themed exhibits,  classic military vehicles, a parade and a Ceremony at 7:00 pm with donations given to both the DAV and MAC-V. At this event, a local St. Paul Outreach Specialist will be available to provide information and resources on benefits, as well as assist Veterans who wish to file Disability Compensation claims.

Virtual Elderly Veteran Outreach Symposium

Event: This symposium will feature speakers who will provide information on benefits, services, and resources available for the elderly Veteran population and those family members, caregivers, individuals, and/or organizations who support and advocate for them. Attendees at the symposium will be encouraged to utilize information for themselves and/or share the knowledge with Veterans that they serve. Guest speakers will educate and empower attendees with information that is vital to Veterans and VA staff who provide assistance and support to these Veterans.

Every Third Saturday (ETS) Grand Opening

Event: Every Third Thursday (ETS) is a nonprofit aimed at building community while supporting, connection and empowering local Veterans. ETS will celebrate the grand opening of its new Veterans Resource and Empowerment Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 10:00am CST. The building will house various resources for Veterans including a free supply store, a fitness center, a meeting room for events and classes, a shared community space and so much more.

The grand opening is free to the public. An open house will follow the ribbon cutting and refreshments will be provided by Coca-Cola. Please join ETS on May 25th to celebrate its continued journey to build community while supporting, connecting, and empowering local veterans. A St. Paul Regional Office representative will be available to provide information and resources on benefits, as well as assist Veterans who wish to file Disability Compensation claims.

Event: The Disabled American Veterans Mayo Southeast Chapter 28 and Olmsted County Veterans Services will host a Women Veterans Resource Seminar at the Rochester VFW Post 1215. Please join us to learn what benefits are available to you based on your service, whether you served for 20 months, 20 years or are still serving! In addition to VA benefits, learn about healthcare, wellness, local resources and much more while in the company of your sisters in arms!
