Visitors seeking assistance from our Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA).

Walk-in appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Bishop Henry Federal Building on the ground floor.
