2012 Monday Morning Workload Reports
The Monday Morning Reports are a compilation of work load indicators reported by Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) field offices. VBA's Office of Performance Analysis and Integrity is responsible for compiling these spreadsheets. Questions or comments should be e-mailed to VBA's Office of Field Operations which is responsible for regional office management.
Based upon discussions with our external stakeholders, we've reformatted the report to provide a more meaningful and transparent look at the workload. Categories of the workload, not previously included in the Monday Morning Workload (MMWL) report, have been added to comprehensively account for the actual work being performed and the types of clients served. Claims pending over 125 represent the number of claims pending more than the strategic processing goal of 125 days.
The regional offices are organized by four area offices: Eastern, Southern, Central and Western.
Note: Reports are in Excel. You may download free viewer software to view these reports. If a dialog window appears asking for a decision on linking to feeder worksheets, click on "NO." All required data is present on the Excel worksheets posted here.
