In-Person Interviews
Visitors seeking assistance from the Public Contact Team at the Anchorage Regional Office are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA). VERA is a self-service portal which allows visitors to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRCs) are available for in-person meetings in addition to virtual meetings. Veterans shoud continue to work with their assigned VRCs to receive the maximum amount of support that will meet their Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) needs.
