Situation Update

Starting Monday, June 14, 2021, VBA will resume conducting in-person benefits counseling on a very limited basis. These interviews will be for those customers with appointments made via our internet page: https://v2.waitwhile.com/book/anchoragevaro/service. Based on the social distancing and cleaning/disinfecting requirements, we are not able to assist walk-in visitors without appointments. Learn more and view updates on the VBA News webpage.
