In-Person Interviews By Appointment Only

VBA will resume conducting in-person benefits counseling effective Monday, June 14, 2021, on a limited basis at the Anchorage Regional Office and at the Wasilla Veteran Center.

These interviews by our Anchorage Public Contact staff will be for those customers with appointments made via our internet page:

Based on the social distancing and cleaning/disinfecting requirements we are currently unable to assist walk-in visitors without appointments.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRCs) will also not be available for in-person meetings at this time. Veterans should reach their VRCs directly by phone or e-mail.
