In-Person Interviews By Appointment and on a walk-in basis Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:00pm.

VBA conducts in-person or virtual benefits counseling at the Anchorage Regional Office. 

Walk-in interviews conducted at Wasilla Veteran Center WEDNESDAYs only from 8:30am - 4:00pm.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRCs) are available for in-person meetings. Veterans should reach their VRCs directly by phone or e-mail.
