Current Operating Status

Effective June 1, 2021 the Phoenix VA Regional Office will be open for in-person and telephone appointments.

The Phoenix VA Regional Office building will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for claims assistance, scheduled appointments, counseling and other in-person services.

You may schedule an appointment in person or by visiting https://www.benefits.va.gov/phoenix/ and selecting the "VERA Appointment Scheduler" icon.

Veterans may continue to get information about benefits or file a claim for benefits by visiting our website at www.va.gov.
