Excluding federal holidays, the Phoenix VA Regional Office building is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for claims assistance, scheduled appointments, counseling, Veteran Readiness & Employment information, and other in-person services. 

You may schedule an appointment in person or by visiting https://www.benefits.va.gov/phoenix/ and selecting the "VERA Appointment Scheduler" icon.
