Virtual or in-person appointments can be scheduled at your convenience by calling (787) 772-7371 or (787) 772-7398; by emailing APPOINTMENTS.VBASAJ@va.gov; or by using the Visitor Engagement and Reporting Application (VERA).

VERA is a self-service portal available for visitors to schedule virtual or face-to-face appointments. 

VBA will continue to process claims, face-to-face interviews to Veterans, by appointment only. VA's Official information bulletins, including regional office operations, are posted at www.va.gov.
