SAN JUAN, PR — The Public Contact Team (Contacto) in Guaynabo will open for face-to-face interviews to Veterans, by appointment only, effective Monday, June 21, 2021. Hours of Operations will be Monday Thru Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM
At this time the San Juan VA Regional Office will provide in person interviews by appointment for all inquiries.
Veterans who need to schedule an appointment may do so by calling Public Contact ("Contacto") Monday thru Friday at (787) 772-7371 or (787) 772- 7398, within the aforementioned hours or contact us via email at APPOINTMENTS.VBASAJ@va.gov or VERA (see below). You may leave a voice message at the numbers provided and you will be contacted within the next business day for an appointment.
Veterans may be continue to seek assistance via www.va.gov or contacting the National Call Center (1-800-827-1000) dialing the number 2 twice to request the assistance of a Spanish speaking agent or via Ask.VA.gov | Veteran Affairs.
